Figure Drawing Oct. 21 - Nov. 18, 2025  (4 weeks)

Figure Drawing & Anatomy Learning to draw the human figure is a fundamental skill for art studies. Participants will improve their figurative drawing skills through better understanding human anatomy and live models. 

Eugene Clark is an adjunct Instructor, in the Entertainment Arts Department, College for Creative Studies, and a Special Lecturer, Art and Art History Department, Oakland University. Cost: $115.00

 

Sequential Character Drawing, Nov. 20 - Dec. 11 (4 weeks )

Techniques used in graphic novels, animation, video game design, film, and special effects, will be used to create sequential character designs.  Storytelling is added as a component, while students learn to craft interesting drawings in sequence that visually describe a storyline, with environments, props, and multiple characters.  

Materials needed:  Pencils, Eraser, Sketchbook. Cost: $115.00
