Artist Eugene Clark receives the Distinguished Service Award from the Michigan Art Education Association, 6pm, November 4, 2017, Cobo Hall, Detroit, MI. As an artist and educator, Eugene Clark has provided art instruction to college, high school, middle school, and elementary students throughout Michigan for over 27 years. His tireless efforts towards art making including drawing, painting, and sculpture, are demonstrated in the courses and art workshops he teaches. Eugene Clark currently teaches drawing, painting, and design at Oakland University, Rochester, MI., and College for Creative Studies, Det.,MI.
